Sick Call-Outs
If you are not feeling well enough to come to work or have personal circumstances that require you to call out, you must:
CALL THE EM CHIEF PHONE
(917-410-1056) - do not just textEMAIL the following:
EMSICKCALLCORNELL@med.cornell.edu
Your Program Director
Your Program Chief Residents
If your absence is not reported by call and email, you will remain responsible for your shift.
Your physical and mental wellbeing are our priority, but please use sick call judiciously as calling out requires us to pull a resident from another educational experience to cover your shift.
